Cancellation of the registration fee, hotel and social events:
For cancellations or reductions made before December 5, 2023, the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of SEK 350 and any transaction fees which might inccur. After this date no refunds will be made. Cancellation of an existing booking can be made by sending an e-mail to: reg@meetingplanners.dk
Payment
Full pre-payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. In case of late registration, the fee must be paid before the start of the conference according to the conditions stated below. Payment may be made by either credit card or bank transfer.
Credit card
To process your reservation we require you to complete the relevant credit card information on the online registration form. Your credit card will be charged for:
- Conference fee, social events and hotel booking (if there is any) in SEK
Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, an invoice will be forwarded upon completion of the online registration and payment must be made within 8 days of receiving the invoice.
Liability & Insurance
The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
